4 ripe avocados
juice of 2 limes
1 tsp Kosher salt
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 red onion, diced
1 Roma tomato, diced
1 jalapeño, diced
1/2 cup cilantro, minced
Directions
- Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Add the lime juice, salt, and garlic, then mash with a fork until mostly smooth.
- Gently fold in the red onion, tomato, jalapeño, and cilantro until evenly combined.
- Serve immediately.
