Ingredients

  • 4 ripe avocados

  • juice of 2 limes

  • 1 tsp Kosher salt

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 red onion, diced

  • 1 Roma tomato, diced

  • 1 jalapeño, diced

  • 1/2 cup cilantro, minced

Directions

  • Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Add the lime juice, salt, and garlic, then mash with a fork until mostly smooth.
  • Gently fold in the red onion, tomato, jalapeño, and cilantro until evenly combined.
  • Serve immediately.
