1 Tbsp neutral oil
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 orange bell pepper, sliced
1/2 white onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
tortillas, to serve
- Steak Marinade
2 lb boneless beef steak, thinly sliced
1/4 cup neutral oil
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp Kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the steak marinade, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Heat 1 Tbsp of neutral oil in a large skillet over medium/high heat. Add the steak, working in batches, and cook 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove and set aside.
- Add the peppers and onions to the skillet, and cook for 7-9 minutes, turning occasionally. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add back in the cooked steak and toss to combine.
- Serve with tortillas and your choice of condiments.
