Spicy Lamb Meatballs with Tzatziki

- Meatballs
2 lb ground lamb
4 eggs
1 cup panko
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup parsley
6 tbsp harissa
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp fresh ginger
2 tsp coriander
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp turmeric
- Tzatziki
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup grated cucumber
1/2 tbsp harissa
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, grated
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp chopped dill
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the lamb meatballs and mix well with your hands.
- Divide the meatballs into 24 even-sized balls, and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the tzatziki. In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients listed and store in the fridge until you are ready to use.
- Add oil to a pan on medium heat.
- Pan-fry the meatballs for 10 minutes, rotating as needed to brown all sides.
- Serve alongside the tzatziki.
