Honey-glazed Lamb Chops

12 lamb chops
salt
2 tbsp butter
- Glaze
1/4 cup honey
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
Directions
- Salt the lamb chops and let them sit out at room temperature for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the ingredients for the glaze and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Once hot, add the lamb chops and sear on high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
- Remove and lower the heat to low. Add 2 tbsp of butter and let melt. Next, pour in the glaze.
- Turn the heat to medium/low and let the glaze simmer until slightly thickened. Add the lamb chops and baste them with the glaze for 30 seconds.
- Serve with sides of your choice.
