Ingredients

  • 12 lamb chops

  • salt

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Glaze
  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Directions

  • Salt the lamb chops and let them sit out at room temperature for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the ingredients for the glaze and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Once hot, add the lamb chops and sear on high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
  • Remove and lower the heat to low. Add 2 tbsp of butter and let melt. Next, pour in the glaze.
  • Turn the heat to medium/low and let the glaze simmer until slightly thickened. Add the lamb chops and baste them with the glaze for 30 seconds.
  • Serve with sides of your choice.
