Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp neutral oil

  • 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1/2 orange bell pepper, sliced

  • 1/2 white onion, sliced

  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

  • tortillas, to serve

  • Steak Marinade
  • 2 lb boneless beef steak, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup neutral oil

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tbsp Kosher salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp chilli powder

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp paprika

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the steak marinade, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Heat 1 Tbsp of neutral oil in a large skillet over medium/high heat. Add the steak, working in batches, and cook 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove and set aside.
  • Add the peppers and onions to the skillet, and cook for 7-9 minutes, turning occasionally. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add back in the cooked steak and toss to combine.
  • Serve with tortillas and your choice of condiments.
