Ingredients

  • Burgers
  • 2 lbs. ground turkey

  • 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • Honey mustard sauce
  • 1 cup mayo

  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 tbsp minced shallot

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • To serve
  • 6 brioche buns

  • lettuce

  • tomato slices

  • onion slices

  • 6 provolone slices

Directions

  • Combine the ingredients for the burgers and mix well with your hands.
  • Divide the meat into 6 even-sized patties. Make a medium-sized dent in the middle of the patties, and let them rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the honey mustard sauce my mixing all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Store in the fridge until you are ready to use.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the patties, flat side down, and cook the patties for approximately 6-8 minutes on each side, or until they have cooked completely through.
  • With about two minutes remaining, add the sliced provolone cheese on top of the burgers and let it melt.
  • Toast the brioche buns and serve with your choice of toppings and the honey mustard sauce.
