Ingredients

  • 1 stick of unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup parmesan, freshly grated

  • 6 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt

  • pinch black pepper

  • 1 bread Loaf

Directions

  • Heat your oven to 400 degrees.
  • Mix the melted butter, parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Make evenly spaced slits in the loaf, about 1 inch apart, being careful not to cut all the way through. Using a spoon, spread the garlic butter mixture into each crevice.
  • Wrap the loaf in foil and bake for 15 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
