
Chili Garlic Bok Choy

1.5 lb baby bok choy, halved
4 garlic cloves
neutral oil
- Sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp chili oil
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Add neutral oil to a pan over medium/high heat.
- Add the bok choy to the pan, cut-side down, and sear for 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 15-30 seconds.
- Pour in the prepared sauce and stir well, cooking for 1 minute.
- Remove from the heat and serve hot.
