1.5 lb. shrimp (raw) peeled, deveined and diced
1/2 cup lime juice
tortilla chips, to serve
- Marinade
1/2 cup lime juice
1 bunch cilantro
1 serrano pepper, deseeded
1 garlic clove
1 tsp salt
- Optional toppings
sliced red onion
sliced radishes
sliced serrano chilis
Directions
- Cover the shrimp with 1/2 cup of lime juice and set aside.
- In a blender, add the ingredients for the marinade and blend well.
- Pour the marinade over the shrimp and let sit for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with your choice of toppings and serve with tortilla chips
