Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb. shrimp (raw) peeled, deveined and diced

  • 1/2 cup lime juice

  • tortilla chips, to serve

  • Marinade
  • 1/2 cup lime juice

  • 1 bunch cilantro

  • 1 serrano pepper, deseeded

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 tsp salt

  • Optional toppings
  • sliced red onion

  • sliced radishes

  • sliced serrano chilis

Directions

  • Cover the shrimp with 1/2 cup of lime juice and set aside.
  • In a blender, add the ingredients for the marinade and blend well.
  • Pour the marinade over the shrimp and let sit for 20 minutes.
  • Garnish with your choice of toppings and serve with tortilla chips
